Alimentare Spa produces finished products to retail market and unfinished products to ho.re.ca market. Both of them are very important for
the company that is working for increasing customers and partnerships.
Among the activities intend to retail we can mention:

The sauce production is one of the Boschetti’s
historical activities, whose range is composed of “Mostarda Vicentina”
traditional sauce made of smashed quinces, pieces of candied fruit, milled
mustard seeds and sugar, “Mostarda Cremonese” with a mix of candied
fruit into a syrup of sugar and mustard, “Mostarda Mantovana”
special apple sauce with sugar and milled mustard seeds and “Mostarda
Viadanese” made of pears, sugar, mustard and a few drops of honey;
* The jam production which represents about 60%
of all Boschetti’s production, includes finished products, as “Fruttiera”
(jam with 70% of fruit), “Biodiet” (biological and dietetic fruit
jam) and some specialities, “Marronata” (thick maroon cream) or
“Cotognata” (concentrated cream made of sugar and quinces only);
* The special hot sauce production that represent
the newest Boschetti’s
products. According to the company’s mission: the highest customer satisfaction;
we propose seven new tastes: red onions; green tomatoes; red chicory; figs;
wild berries; orange with ginger and mandarins. Delicious with meat and cheese.
