BOSCHETTI -
more than 100 years of love for Nature
* Boschetti company
begins its activity in 1891. It was born as a distillery of liqueurs
and around to the ten’s years of the last century transformed itself
into a fruit working factory, starting the first productions of jams and sauces.
* In 1902 Luciano
Boschetti who was the founder of the company, set the first jam recipe which
would have made his name famous. In those years another historical product
was born, “Mostarda” which is a special sauce made of fruit,
sugar and milled mustard seeds. This recipe is codified since 1918.
* It was 12th November
1931 and Boschetti family established the “F.lli
Boschetti di Vittorio snc”, first company instead
of the previous one which was just a small laboratory.
* The activity in 1995
found its perfect site in a new modern plant in Ronco all’Adige (VR)
where there is one of the most important area for fruit and vegetable cultivation.
The new plant built in an area of 45.000 sm, is well-equipped with modern
machines that cover more than 18.000 sm. In addiction there is an area of
1.500 sm of cold stores dedicated to preserve fresh fruits and vegetables.
* In 2001 the company
changed its name in “Boschetti Alimentare spa” that specifies the
alimentary feature of the company. In that year a new process started to bring
in old Italian and local traditions again, developing a new researching laboratory
and planning specific communicating actions.
The purpose is to improve quality and efficiency of productions and sales, increasing
the staff and opening new partnerships with important companies.
